Please do not skip any portion of it, and please make sure to use proper spelling and grammar. Your application is the best way for us as a guild to see who you are. Basic Information
Please Provide and Armory Link of your Main Character:
What is your main spec?
Are you able to play any other specs at a progression level?
Do you have progression level gear for your off spec?

Class Specific
What are your stat priorities for each spec that you raid with? How do you prioritize what gear you look to obtain?
What is your rotation for your main raiding spec? How would you change your rotation under extenuating circumstances eg; Pick what you consider the most difficult fight in Highmaul in terms of maintaining your optimal rotation and explain what you do to compensate. (Go Into As Much Detail As Possible)
Explain your cooldowns to us, both personal and raid wide cooldowns. The more detail the better. Give us some prime examples of uses for each of your cooldowns, for example a rogue's smokebomb on Butcher.
General Raiding

On occasion, you might be asked to sit out during a fight. Do you have any issues with this?
Are you able to take and improve upon harsh criticism? (Please elaborate)

We raid Sunday-Thursday. Raids start at 8:00 PM Eastern and end at 12:00 AM Eastern. During PROGRESSION we may start an hour early and finish 1-2 hours later. Do you see any problems making these times and committing to our progression raiding schedule?
