Someone recommend me a fan for my northbridge chipset. My old fan died. Here is my motherboard: www.ascendtech.us/dell-xps-630-630i-motherboard-c113j_i_mbddellc113j8mb.aspxI'm just looking to replace the tiny fan on the northbridge heatsink. Also, is there a way to figure out if this motherboard has a temperature sensor for the northbridge? Everest didn't list temps for the north or southbridge. If my other (huge) case fans are enough then I won't even need to install another fan, but I don't know what the temperature is right now.

It may or may not have a sensor at all, but speedfan is pretty much the shit unless you run everything through bios. Realtemp's probably better if you're not interested in fan speeds or customizing shit, just in getting temp readings. As for a northbridge fan, I've never needed one. I've seen people water cool that shit, but I've never once encountered a need for having one.
