We here at <Overture> are saddened to announce that three of our raiders were assassinated at Blizzcon.
<Alone>, <Overture>'s greatest nemesis (narrowly beating out <Vigil> and <Goon Squad>), wrote over the <Uprising> tag at Blizzcon, forever marring its great name.
But <Alone>'s terror did not end there. Later that night, at Overture House, <Alone> poisoned Leylin's drinks. They poisoned all 74 of his drinks, killing him instantly.
Desperate to cripple <Overture>, which was set to become World #1, <Alone> proceeded to hang our sugar da--err, I mean our best DPS, Spard.
As if that was not enough, <Alone> went for the guild's heart. Altruit, whom I am told is a member of our guild, was put into a coma.
As usual, <Alone> has refused to take responsibility for their unbelievable actions:
Most of our raiders have found new homes. I'm posting this in case any of our past raiders are thinking of making a return to the raiding scene and want to know where to find us.
Whether you raided with Sean or you raided with me in <Uprising> or you raided with both of us in <Overture> and you're thinking about making a return to the raiding scene and were one of our best raiders look us up!
In terms of the website it will remain up forever, feel free to communicate on it.
<Overture> is suspending raiding indefinitely due to real-life commitments and out-of-game difficulties (the majority of which we brought upon ourselves).
We would like to stress that this suspension is unrelated to this tier's raid or expansion content. We believe this tier's content is satisfactory.
We encourage guild recruiters to use Wowprogress or our General Forums to contact our raiders, some of whom are still interested in pursuing further raid content.
<Overture> has no plans to resume raiding.
